  2. raw html using Notepad or basic text editor (steep learning curve)
  3. web editor such as Dreamweaver ($399) or MS Frontpage ($169)
  4. online web page builder such as Netscape (limited power and includes ads)
  5. Netscape editor (limited sophistication)
  6. MS Word web editor (bloated code)
